Delete account

You can ask us to delete a Your-UniVerse student or parent account. Send the request from the email address on that account.

1. Open the contact form or email hello@youruniversehub.com.
2. Write “Delete my account”, the email on the account, and whether it is a student or a parent account.
3. We email you to confirm, then delete that account.

What is removed

The profile and the personal information stored with that account, including saved items and messages tied to it.

What stays

A parent account and a child's student account are separate. Deleting one does not delete the other. We may keep records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.
